What is a Permit Technician

   A Permit Technician are where it all begins, and as the front line of all Building Departments they play the most important role.

Whether at the counter or on the phone they are always the first to make contact with the customer needing a permit.

They are often the ones to answer the hard questions like, do I need a permit, when will my permit be ready and how much will it cost.
